Thank you for your interest in 180 Ministries. You are taking the first step on the road to recovery.

After you pay the application fee, you will be directed to the application form for completion. Your completed application will be sent to the appropriate center for evaluation.

Our intake director will contact you and inform you of your acceptance and the next steps to take.

Application fees are non-refundable.
